ÇANKAYA MUNICIPALITY STARTED THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE REPUBLIC WITH 4 OPENINGS

ALPER TAŞDELEN: “WE ARE WORKING FOR OUR PEOPLE, NOT FOR OUR PROFIT”

Çankaya Municipality started the 100th year of the Republic with 4 openings. In the ceremony, where Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş, Yenimahalle Mayor Fethi Yaşar and many CHP deputies attended, Çankaya Mayor Alper Taşdelen said, “While some people work for profıt, we work for our people. We know every kurush of the people as our honor and we work and we will continue to work in this way," he said.

 

Çankaya Municipality, which completed its projects for the benefit of the public and put it into the service of the public one after another, opened 4 more new projects with a ceremony. Çayyolu Service Building, Alacaatlı Recycling Center, Boztepe and Eti Maden Parks were put into service with a ceremony held in Çayyolu Service Building.

 

Republican People's Party Deputy Chairman Oğuz Kaan Salıcı, CHP Ankara Deputies Levent Gök, Tekin Bingöl, Murat Emir, Yıldırım Kaya, CHP Party Council Members Semra Dinçer, Hasan Efe Uyar, Deniz Devir, Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş, Yenimahalle Mayor Fethi Yaşar, İYİ Party Ankara Deputy Ayhan Altıntaş, CHP Çankaya District President Fahri Yıldırım, CHP Mamak District President Ali Rıza Erdek, muhtars and citizens attended in the ceremony hosted by Çankaya Mayor Alper Taşdelen.  Congratulatory messages sent by CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and İYİ Party Chairwoman Meral Akşener, who could not attend the ceremony, were also read in the ceremony.

 

ALPER TAŞDELEN: “WE BRING THE SERVICE TO OUR PEOPLE DIRECTLY”

 

In his speech at the ceremony, Çankaya Mayor Alper Taşdelen, who said that Çayyolu Service Building was established on an area of 3 thousand 200 square meters, added that the Prof. Dr. Muammer Aksoy Library also takes place in Çayyolu service building.

 

Mr. Taşdelen said, “We brought the service to our people directly with the service buildings we opened. While others work for profit, we work for the people. Since we know and spend every kurush of the municipality with our honor and do not waste, we bring these works to our people and we will continue to work like this. We are in the 100th anniversary of our Republic and we will crown the 100th anniversary with new works that we will bring to our people.”

 

3 GIANT WORKS TO THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE REPUBLIC

 

Alper Taşdelen said that they will bring 3 giant works to Ankara in the 100th anniversary of the Republic.

 

Mr. Taşdelen stated that they will open the Atatürk Cultural Center, which will be the first cultural center of Ankara at international standards, on October 29, the 750-acre Bademlidere Republic Park, which will be the second Atatürk Forest Farm, on April 23, and the War of Independence Museum, which will meet Ankara's museum needs, on October 13.

ALPERT TAŞDELEN: “ÇANKAYA MUNICIPALITY HAS COME TO A POINT THAT SERVES WITH ITS OWN PROPERTY THAT DOES NOT PAY RENT”

 

Underlining that with the Çayyolu Service Building opened, there is no property left which Çankaya Municipality pay rent, Mr. Taşdelen said, “We will be leaving the last property that we are the tenant of. Now, Çankaya Municipality has reached a point where it provides services on its own properties that do not pay any rent. May our Çayyolu Service Building and other facilities we inaugurate be beneficial to our people.” Mr. Taşdelen said, “Honest people always win. Those whose leaders are science and reason, and those whose leader is Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, always win. Long live the Republic, long live freedom, long live the enlightenment of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.

 

MANSUR YAVAŞ: “WE ARE WORKING WITH TRANSPARENT AND ACCOUNTABLE”

 

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş said in his speech, “We, as mayors, have joined hands, we are working in the best way without any discrimination. We work in a transparent manner without wasting any of your penny from the public. There is no segment of the people of Ankara that we have not reached,” he said. Talking about the works of the Metropolitan Municipality for the 100th anniversary of the Republic, Mr. Yavaş thanked Çankaya Mayor Alper Taşdelen and those who contributed to the opening of the works.

 

OĞUZ KAAN SALICI: “I AM PROUD OF OUR MAYORS”

 

Stating that he is proud of the services rendered by the Mayors, Deputy Chairman of the Republican People's Party Oğuz Kaan Salıcı said, “We are fighting a political struggle. We are fighting a struggle that will bring Turkey to a modern level. While we are fighting this struggle, our biggest motivation is the good works of our mayors and the protection of our people. I would like to thank our Mayor Alper, our Mayor Mansur and our Mayor Fethi for their services.”

 

GROUP GUNDOĞARKEN EXCITEMENT AT THE FIRST MASS OPENING OF THE NEW YEAR

 

After the speeches, Çayyolu Service Building, which will meet an important need in the Çayyolu region, was opened by Prof. Dr. Alacaatlı Recycling Center, which was built in Ahmet Taner Kışlalı District, Boztepe Park, whose construction was completed in Boztepe District, and Eti Maden Park, whose construction was completed in Kızılırmak District, were put into service with ribbon cutting.

 

Group Gündoğarken, one of Turkey's most popular music groups, also added color to the opening with its concert. The people of Çankaya accompanied the popular songs such as "“Ankara’dan Abim Geldi”, “Rüzgâr”, “Ellerimde Çiçekler”, “Gibi Gibiyim”, “Sensiz Olmaz” performed by Grup Gündoğarken.
