Çankaya Municipality is commemorating the great poet Nazım Hikmet on his 120th birthday with three big events. Events that will start with the "120 Years with Nazım" Group Exhibition on January 13 and on January 20,  will continue with the screening of Nebil Özgentürk's documentary "Nâzım in Moscow" and the Concert of Serenad Bağcan and Ferhat Livaneli Orchestra.

The commemoration activities will end on January 21 with the play "Human Landscapes from My Country" directed by Rutkay Aziz.

World poet Nazım Hikmet Ran will be commemorated on the 120th anniversary of his birth with three big events organized by Çankaya Municipality. Events that will take place under the title of "Happy Birthday Nazım Hikmet", will start on January 13 with the "120 Years with Nazım" Group Exhibition, curated by the artist İbrahim Demirel. In the exhibition to be held at Doğan Taşdelen Contemporary Arts Center, the works created by 13 artists inspired by Nazım Hikmet's poems will meet with art lovers in the Capital until February 6.

"120 Years with Nazım" events will continue on January 20 with the screening of the documentary "Nazım in Moscow" by Nebil Özgentürk and the Concert of Serenad Bağcan and Ferhat Livaneli Orchestra. The documentary screening and the tickets for the concert, which will be held free of charge, will be available from Doğan Taşdelen Contemporary Arts Center as of January 14. The commemoration activities will end on January 21 with the theater play “Human Landscapes from My Country” directed by Rutkay Aziz and staged by the Perdeci Sahnesilar Theatre.
