In addition to the inspections carried out in sanitary, non-sanitary, restaurants, entertainment venues, barbers, and bakeries, the Çankaya Municipal Police Department, which carries out its works for peddlers decisively, resolved 18 thousand 807 complaints from the capital city in 2021.

Çankaya Municipal Police, serving in 123 neighborhoods in Çankaya District, carried out 57 thousand 638 inspections in 2021. Teams inspecting sanitary, non-sanitary, entertainment, public cleaning, marketplace, restaurant, patisserie, bakery, fisherman, grocery store, market, nuts, butcher, barber and hairdresser, complianced 34,202 enterprises, warned to 18,309 enterprises, made administrative sanction decision report for 4.254 enterprises and also prepared due diligence reports for 873 businesses. The teams carried out 18,807 inspections on issues such as construction and excavation, auto showroom, noise and mobile.

The teams, which do not condone practices that may pose a threat to health, first check the mandatory documents that must be present in the enterprises. The teams, which check the business and work licenses, announcements, advertisements and tax plate approvals of the businesses, also take care to examine the freshness and expiration dates of the products in the food businesses.
