Çankaya Municipality opened the “Peace Cartoons” exhibition at Zülfü livaneli cultural center on the occasion of September 1, World Peace Day. The exhibition, set up in the garden of the Zülfü livaneli cultural center, includes works on peace by cartoonists from different countries. The exhibition can also be viewed as a “virtual exhibition” on the youtube channel of the municipality.

Emphasizing the importance of art in order to keep people's morale high during the pandemic process, Çankaya Mayor Alper Taşdelen, who made a statement about the exhibition, where art lovers can visit the social media platforms of Çankaya Municipality, said that: We are happy to bring art lovers together with the exhibition we opened for the world peace day on September 1, when we need peace the most at these days. We are bringing together the works of many artists from our country and various countries of the world that satirize the war and reflect their longing for peace with the whole world in a virtual environment.”
