Our Municipality has given disabled access ramp support to schools within our district.

Our municipality investigating 156 public schools in total, primary, secondary and high schools, has tested if these scholls have disabled access ramp at the entrance, disabled toilet and lift. Besides municipal staff have ascertained whether there is enough space in those schools to construct disabled toiet and lift or not.

Our Municipality voluntarily takes on the task under resposnsibility of Province National Education Directorates. As a consequence of the this investigation it reveals that out of 156 schools located in Çankaya only 46 have disabled access ramp, 35 have but impractible, 58 haven’t got any at all and 14 schools do not need it.
