Yıldız Service Building and Municipality Garden, which we completed on an area of 12 thousand m² in Sancak Neighborhood, was opened with the participation of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, General Chairman of the Republican People's Party.

Yıldız Service Building and Municipality Garden, built on an area of 12 thousand square meters, serve citizens in many areas. In the new service building, the oral and dental health polyclinic also serves the citizens. The Municipality Garden, which surrounds the Yıldız Service Building, which also has a 260 square meter library, has also become the new breathing zone of the citizens with its green areas and resting points.

In our 700 square meter Yıldız Çankaya House located in our Yıldız Service Building; needle carving, patchwork, clothing, ceramics, china, furnishings, guitar, English, French, pilates, yoga, Latin dance, sports, decorative home accessories, stained glass and painting courses are given to citizens free of charge.
