Öveçler Çankaya House, which its construction was started at the intersection of Salkım Söğüt Street and 1361. Street at the entrance of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Öveçler Valley, is being built on an area of 1,242 m².

The new Çankaya House will serve with a total of 4 floors, including 2 basement floors, ground floor and 1st floor. In the center, which is designed for the use of disabled citizens, each floor can be reached by elevator, as well as toilets for easy use of disabled citizens. Çankaya House, which will have a 110 square meter library for 56 people in a location overlooking the Öveçler Valley, will also include classrooms for hobby and personal development courses and a multi-purpose hall.
