Directorate of Editorial Affairs prepares the documents coming from the units attached to the Presidency to be discussed in the Municipal Council and Municipal Board and the Assembly and the Municipal Board agendas. The directorate Coordinates the definition of the agenda, gathering of the Municipal Assembly and its decision taking, by typing the decisions taken, and submitting them to the Mayor for confirmation. The directorate archieves one copy of the municipal decisions with their attachments, and publishes municipal decisions on the Çankaya Municipality Web Site.

Besides, receiving all letters and notification documents, with debit, sent by the Departments out of the Municipality, deliver them with debit to the courier to be forwarded to the relevant places; recording; the input and output of the documents incoming to and outgoing from our Municipality; preparing the council's agenda by recording the documents referred to the Municipal Council by the Mayorship and ensure of writing, publishing and distributing the Municipal Council's decisions to the relevant units; preparing the council's agenda by recording the documents referred to the Municipal Council by the Mayorship and keep minutes of the meetings held; ensuring the distribution of the Municipal Council's decisions to the relevant units; regulating the flow of documents relating to the tender commission and protecting documents needed to be stored and providing archive service are the main duties of the Directorate.
