Mrs. Tutku Kurt Baykurt was born on March 21, 1985 in Eskişehir. She completed her high school education in Eskişehir Kılıçoğlu Anatolian High School in 2003 and she graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2007.

She served as Company Lawyer and Executive Lawyer in various law firms in 2007-2015. She was elected as CHP Çankaya Municipal Council Member in the March 31 Local Elections of Turkey and she still continues her duty as a council member.

She serves as the "Deputy Mayor of Çankaya" responsible for the following Directorates of Çankaya Municipality: "Directorate of Editorial Affairs, Directorate of Legal Affairs, Directorate of Business Licences and Supervision".

She is married and has one child. She is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Tataric.
