At that time, there was no such center as the ÇSM and art galleries. One of the most valuable lands of the municipality was not sacrificed to profiteers. The understanding that ’The foundation of the Republic is culture‘ was adopted and offered to the public. We are also working with this thought; we make dormitories, nurseries and cultural centers on the most valuable lands of Çankaya.
