THE “FEMALE AUTHORS WEEK” HAS STARTED

Çankaya Municipality, which has become the first local government of Turkey with a “purple flag” through its activities on gender equality, reunites female authors with readers. The “Women Authors Week“, which is being organized by the municipality for the second time has started.

Çankaya Municipality, which has become the first local government of Turkey with a “purple flag” through its gender sensitive activities and prominent projects, organizes the 2nd of “Female Authors Week” this year as well. The “Women Authors Week “, which is being organized by the municipality for the second time has started.

The event organised in cooperation with Ayizi Publishing is being held in Çankaya Municipality’s Zülfü Livaneli Cultural Centre and Financial Services Meeting Room on 24-28 Spetember 2018. Authors and academicians will participate into public discussions to be held every day on different subjects.  The books named “Her İşte Bir Hayır Vardır”, “Baş Harfi F”, “Kadın Sağlığı Hareketinden Sesler 2”, “Bu Toprağın Ötekileri”, “Dünyanın Bütün Pastaneleri”, “Babam Yalnız Öldü” will be given as gift to participants.
