Çankaya’s Yıldız region catches the eye in Investment Mobilization initiated by Çankaya Municipality in 2016 according to the needs of every neighborhood. A huge facility will be brought into service in the Yıldız Region, in addition to the Cultural Center and Day Care Center built in Yıldız in Çankaya Mayor Alper Taşdelen’s period. The facility which the Republic of Turkey's founder Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's mother Zübeyde Hanım’s name is given, will serve as a new living space for the people of the region with its multi-purpose halls.

The facility which will serve thousands of Çankaya residents by containing a wedding and marriage hall, Çankaya House, a cafeteria and a library within itself, will also host different workshops. New pie makers will be trained in kitchen workshop in Çankaya House to be located within Zubeyde Hanım Social Facility. Activities such as cake making and presentation, raising cake apprentice, boutique chocolate preparation, cupcake and muffin making, and milk dessert preparation will be provided at the workshop. On the other hand, there will be different course options such as making special day wedding candy, making gel candle soap, and making paper sculpture at art-design-hobby workshop. The opening of the facility will be realized on September 1st, where people of all ages will be available to attend hobby, personal development and vocational training courses suitable to themselves.

During Mr. Taşdelen period, 3-storeys Zülfü Livaneli Cultural Center bearing the name of master artist Zülfü Livaneli and 200 children-capacity Masal Kalesi Day care Center were also brought into service in Yıldız region. Çankaya Municipality was also put Yildiz Park into service by rebuiding it as a living space on an 18-decare area.
