Çankaya Mayor Alper Tasdelen, coming together with citizens and non-governmental organizations during the Ramadan ceremonies, lastly met with the Circassians in Yaşamkent.

Cankaya Mayor Alper Tasdelen is meeting with the citizens and non-governmental organizations during this Ramadan like every year. Mr. Taşdelen lastly hosted the Circassians at the Ramadan table set in the facilities located in Çankaya Municipality Maykop Park.

Mr. Taşdelen wished to be together in a more enlightened and beautiful future where he came together at iftar with Demir Kızılkaya who is the head of the Circassian Association and Yaşar Aslankaya who is the head of the federation of Circassian Associations.

Demir Kızılkaya who is the head of the Circassian Association said “We thank to our Circassian-friendly Mayor Taşdelen for the iftar dinner gathering” also stated that Mayor Alper Taşdelen supports them about every matter.

IFTAR TENTS IN 5 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS

Since Alper Taşdelen took office in 2014, Çankaya Municipality has set up 5 iftar tents in different locations of the district in every Ramadan, continues the tradition this year as well.

Çankaya Municipality has brought 585 thousands of citizens together in iftar tents set in Cebeci, Türközü, Esat, Öveçler and Cevizlidere areas till now, will host nearly 200 thousands of citizens this year.
