ATATÜRK COMMUNITY EDUCATION CENTER CELEBRATES 20TH ANNIVERSARY

Turkey Soroptimist Clubs Federation Ataturk Community Education Center celebrated the 20th Anniversary in the Turkish Japanese Foundation headquarters in Oran.

 

Turkey Soroptimist Clubs Federation (TSKF) Ataturk Community Education Center which is supported by Çankaya Municipality on many issues and is working in the field of women and young girls’ education, celebrated the 20th Anniversary in the headquarters of the Turkish Japanese Foundation in Oran.

TSKF Atatürk Community Education Center President Mizyel Zorluoğlu hosted the event, and Özden Toker and many guests was attended to the event. Zorluoğlu who made an opening speech at the event which started after the film screening on the brief history of the TSKF Atatürk Community Education Center, which has experienced many projects on issues such as women's rights and the education of women and girls, said: "We are much more than a nongovernmental organization, we are a huge family with the founders, the teachers and the students.” TSKF Atatürk Community Education Center started its Works in Mustafa Kemal District in 1998 but continues today in the unit allocated by Çankaya Municipality.  Zorluoğlu thanked Çankaya Municipality for their support and said that the TSKF Atatürk Community Education Center reached more than 5000 people so far.

The event ended with a concert by students and teacher.
