Çankaya Municipality "Children’s Technology House" opens new horizons by bringing children of Çankaya together with technology in "Code", "3D Design" and "Robot" workshops.

 

192 children graduated from the Technology House in Fall semester and got their certificates, another 192 children has just started the program.

 

Çankaya Municipality, which has a lot of projects and organizes events about education in various fields such as environment, culture, art, sports, science and literature, continues to bring children together with technology. 192 children graduated from the Technology House in Fall semester and got their certificates, another 192 children has just started the program in Spring semester. Children who meet with technology in "Code", "3D Design" and "Robot" workshops are excited to learn the latest technology that the world has achieved and to make their own designs.

 

LEARNING BUSINESS AREAS IN TECHNOLOGY

 

The vision of the future of the children who develop themselves in the Technology House which consists of three sections, Code, 3D Design and Robot workshop, is also shaped. Children learning the pre-stages of programming and algorithmic logic with a block-based system at Code Workshop can create their own projects by learning 3D design at the 3D Design workshop. In the third section, in robot workshop, children build robots with lego sets according to the age groups and learn how to load motion commands and to program.

 

Children's Technology House in Uğur Mumcu Park in Çukurambar provides technology education for children between 7 and 14 years old. The Technology House, where the Code Workshop, Robot Workshop and 3D Printer Workshop are held, will provide technology lab support to students from technology classes in schools as well as to meet 192 children with technological training.
