Serhan Çakmak, Eda Yağmur Özdemir and Yiğit Terzi, who were ranked in top 3 in the online YKS (The Higher Education Institutions Examination) trial exam organized within the scope of the Smart Exam project organized by Çankaya Municipality, were placed among the first 150 in the YKS held by ÖSYM. YKS is conducted by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center ÖSYM in order to enable the students to be placed in higher education programs and to be placed according to their preferences.

Young people, who succeeded in the online YKS trial exam conducted by Çankaya Municipality in cooperation with the Karacan Academy Education Institution, took place at the first 150 according to the results of the YKS exam held on June 27-28. Serhan Çakmak ranked 143th, Eda Yağmur Özdemir ranked 72th and Yiğit Terzi ranked 112^th in YKS (The Higher Education Institutions Examination) Turkey, who were ranked in top 3 in Çankaya’s Online YKS Trial exam.

Çankaya Mayor Alper Taşdelen, who congratulated the young people who said that they were pessimistic due to the uncertainty of the exam dates during the pandemic process and who successfully passed the exam process they prepared, said that: “We offered our youth a real YKS exam with an online exam organized by our municipality. Our young people who got a degree in this exam also got a place in the real exam. We are very happy about this; we are always with our youth. All of our young people who took the exam went through a difficult process. In addition to the stress they experienced while preparing for the exam that will determine their future, they went through a very difficult period this year due to the epidemic that was effective all over the world. Despite the stress of not being able to prepare for the exam in a classroom as it should have been, they achieved great success. I congratulate our young people and wish a bright future full of success.”

Çankaya Municipality presented a laptop computer and Nutuk to the students who ranked in the top three in the online trial exam conducted in cooperation with the Karacan Academy Education Institution.
