The "Countries in Kindergartens" project, implemented in Çankaya Municipality kindergartens, which attracts great attention due to their modern care service quality, cultural and social facilities, and low cost, continues to welcome representatives from different countries of the world.

Çankaya Municipality kindergartens host foreign representatives, and children meet different cultures. The "Countries in Kindergartens" project, implemented in Çankaya Municipality kindergartens, which attracts great attention due to their modern care service quality, cultural and social facilities, and low cost, continues to welcome representatives from different countries of the world.

Within the scope of the project titled “Countries in Kindergartens” project, which aims to create visual, auditory and tactile memory related to the culture of different countries for kindergarten children, Çankaya Municipality Atlas Daycare Center located  in Cebeci 50. Yıl Neighbourhood hosted the Japanese Embassy Consultant Riha Hachisuka.

Ms. Hachisuka, who read the Japanese tale to the children, answered the curious questions of the little ones. The robot seal, which reacted to the sensory functions such as sound and touch, which Ms. Hachisuka brought and introduced to children, also attracted great attention by children. At the end of the program, Atlas Daycare Center’s Children gave gifts to their guests.

CHILDREN HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO GET TO KNOW DIFFERENT COUNTRIES

Within the scope of the project that which it’s basic philosophy is to teach children the language of peace and love, children aged 4, 5 and 6 at Çankaya kindergartens have the opportunity to get to know different countries. Within the scope of the project, teachers and children in the kindergarten get information by researching a country that is determined. Following the information gained from many issues from the country's food to its culture, from the management system to its geographic location, the representatives of the country come together with the children. Children who already had information about the countries previously, also ask the questions they wish to the country representatives, who promote their own countries to the children.
