Çankaya Mayor Alper Tasdelen has released a message and celebrated the new year of the citizens.

The message of Mayor Taşdelen is as follows:

“Every year is a new hope, is a new beginning. 2019 was a very good start for our country and our cities. We believed that everything would be beautiful with hope and effort, and indeed everything was very good. In 2020, we further enlarge the wave of hope that emerged in 2019. We will enter the 100th Anniversary of our Republic in 2023 with great excitement and enthusiasm. We are working very hard without being dread or tired in day and night with a 24/7 schedule for this.

In 2019, 73.48% of the Çankaya people voted for us and this is a great responsibility beyond being a historical record for us. We are aware of our responsibility. We have demonstrated a success that no district municipality has been able to exhibit in our country for the last 5 years. We will produce, share and build a happier city together with the same perseveranceand determination for 5 more years.

In the footsteps of the Great Atatürk, adhering to the fundamental values of our Republic and democracy, and with the belief that we can always do better, we will enable our Çankaya and Ankara to meet innovations. We will continue to produce different projects for every segment of the society and apply positive discrimination for disadvantaged groups.

We have created a municipality where everyone feels that they belong here. We provided equal service to all segments without making any discrimination. The management approach we put forward in Çankaya and the projects we produce as a result of this are taken as an example in different corners of our country. Çankaya, the district of Atatürk, should be a pioneer in every field. This is our historical responsibility. We will continue to do what has not been done for this. The hope that we create in every part of society in Çankaya will continue to spread to our country.

In 2020, you will see a Çankaya even more hard-working, producing and sharing much more. Together with our people, we will continue to create a beautiful future. I hope that the year 2020 will bring peace, health and happiness to our country and to all mankind.
