Within the framework of the protocol signed with İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency), Çankaya Municipality provides training for citizens in the fields of sewing, secretarial services and housekeeping and enables them to be employed in various sectors.

The trainees, who are entitled to receive certificates in business and employment-centered trainings, where the Çankaya Municipality acts as a bridge between the citizens and the private sector, will start to work in various workplaces after 3 months of training. The trainees, whose road and meal fees are being covered by the municipality during the trainings, are employed in the private sector with the certificates they receive after the trainings given by expert trainers.

45 trainees with whom Çankaya Municipality provided employment opportunity within the framework of the protocol signed with İŞKUR, were successfully completed their trainings and were entitled to receive their certificates. During the period of Çankaya MayorAlper Taşdelen, 5 thousand citizens who received training in sewing, secretarial, housekeeping, entrepreneurship, modeling, child development and patient-elderly care units had the opportunity to get employment.

Çankaya Mayor Alper Taşdelen, who stated that the biggest duty of the municipalities is to serve the citizens said that: “We are ready to do whatever we have to do about the employment of our citizens.
