Çankaya Municipality's world champion folk dance group Hoy-Tur went on tour in Ankara in the first week of August. The group, which performed its first performance in front of the Ulus Atatürk Monument, was a guest at the Altındağ Hamamönü weekend.

Çankaya Municipality's world champion folk dance group Hoy-Tur went on tour in Ankara in the first week of August just before the 62nd edition of the French Confolens World Dance and Music Festival which will be held on August 12 this year.

The group that meeting with the people of Ankara with the show it performs in the important squares of the capital, firstly met with the capital people in the first week of August in front of the Ulus Atatürk Monument. Hoy-Tur, which will bring the colors of Anatolia to the World dance arena with this show called ”Colors" that it put on stage this year, won the appreciation of the people of Ankara with the show it performed in Ulus.

HOY-TUR DANCED WITH THE PEOPLE OF ANKARA

Following Ulus, Hoy-Tur, one of Turkey's largest folk dance group, performed its second show at the Hamamönü Square of Altındağ district. The group which blow the wind of the Black Sea in Hamamönü, invited the audience to the stage at the end of its performance and danced halay with the capital people in Hamamönü. The group's tour in Ankara will ended with a performance held at Sincan Lale Square.
