The 3rd Women's Labor Festival, organized by Çankaya Municipality in Ahlatlıbel Atatürk Park, brought together 600 producer women and tens of thousands of capital people.

During the festival which lasted for three days, the producer women presented their products on the stands.

Çankaya Municipality, which owns “Purple Flag” for its services to ensure equal participation of women in social life and employment, brought together producer women with the capital people.

Çankaya Municipality, which conducts women's studies in order to enable women to take part in social and economic life with an egalitarian attitude, has made the participants entertaining moments with uninterrupted activities while making women's labor visible in free stands this year with 600 producer women. Çankaya Mayor Alper Taşdelen, who visited the stands established in Ahlatlıbel Atatürk Park, greeted and chatted to the Women Labor Festival participants one by one, also gave the good news to the women he addressed from the stage that they would organize events with broader participation in the coming years.

Alper Taşdelen, who stressed that the Republic of Atatürk is a women's revolution, said that: “Neşet Ertaş says that ‘women are humans and men are human beings‘ against the understanding that postpones women from society and looks them from another perspective. Societies where women are not allowed to stand out have no chance of going forward in any way.” Mr. Taşdelen, who visited all the stands, and said that: “There are great things in stands, I like them very much. God bless everyone's hands”, also gave the good news by saying that: “The festival will continue next year and we will do it in our Zafer and İsmet İnönü parks in our Birlik Neighborhood, which is easier to access”.

Mr. Taşdelen finished his words by saying that: “As Çankaya people who follow the footsteps of Atatürk, we will continue to serve women more. Women will be in life so that democracy, the Republic and this country will come to light. The culture we live in Çankaya, the conception of life where nobody interferes with anyone, will spread to all Turkey and everything will be all right”.
