Çankaya Municipality, which continues to work environmentally friendly, provides education to the students about recycling.

150 primary school students, who were taken to recycling facilities, had the opportunity to learn by examining how the collected wastes were separated and what kind of operations were performed.

Çankaya Municipality continues its environmentally friendly works without interruption. Çankaya Municipality experts, who tell about the importance of recycling to new generations with the trainings organized in schools and what they can do about it and also distributes brochures on the subject. Çankaya Municipality, which takes the students to the recycling facilities, also allows children to learn by seeing the procedures and how the waste is recovered.

SMALL STUDENTS VISITED THE FACILITIES

The last guests of the recycling facilities were students of Maya College. 150 small students from the 3rd and 4th class of the primary school, learned about how packaging waste collected from houses, workplaces and public institutions and how they were separated according to their types in the band system. The experts from Çankaya Municipality and recycling facilities also supported students, who watched how the paper is seperated to be sent to the paper factories, with their statements about how he collected materials are separated into plastic, textile, wood.
