Çankaya Municipality informs the citizens about the efficient use of energy within the scope of the presentation of “Energy Efficiency in Houses and Workplaces” organized by the Ankara Branch of The Chamber of Electrical Engineers (EMO).

Çankaya Municipality, which provides citizens to spend quality time and new hobbies with Çankaya Houses, which is located all around the district, continue to raise awareness on different issues of the citizens with events organized by various non-governmental organizations and chambers. Lastly, the presentation of “Energy Efficiency in Houses and Workplaces” organized by the Ankara Branch of The Chamber of Electrical Engineers (EMO) was realized at the  Bayraktar, 100. Yıl, Sokullu, Zübeyde Hanım and Esat Çankaya Houses.

EMO Ankara Branch Technical Officer Şenay Karamut gave detailed information on energy efficiency in the presentation, where where many citizens showed an intense interest. Mrs. Karamut informed the citizens on issues such as: ”Energy efficiency, energy use in daily life, how much energy you spend in your home, insulation and heating, heat requirement identification document, lighting, electrical appliances, energy label, water consumption, transportation, waste, domestic waste management”.
