The painter Ergün Başar visited the Mayor of Çankaya Alper Taşdelen and presented oil paintings of the great leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and the master poet Nazım Hikmet. Ergün Başar, who works in the art of ceramics as well as painting, has participated in 10 personal and 5 mixed oil painting exhibitions.

Mr. Başar, who portrays the portraits of people who have been influential in the field of state, science and art in the exhibition “Atatürk: İz Bırakan İlkler”, opened in Çankaya Municipality Contemporary Arts Center, presented oil paintings of the great leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and the master poet Nazım Hikmet to Çankaya Mayor Alper Taşdelen.

Çankaya Mayor Alper Taşdelen, who stated that he found the works of Mr. Başar very successful, said that: “Ergün Başar brings his national and international portraits of those who has realized the firsts in life to art lovers through painting.
