Çankaya Municipality, which realized the Contracted Fodder Project with support of 441 small animals in the rural areas of Çankaya, has launched The Small Cattle Disinfection and Vaccination Unit.

The first disinfection process was carried out in sheep-washing units under the scope of "Contracted Fodder Project" in order to serve rural areas of Karataş, Karahasanlı, Kömürcü, Evciler, Tohumlar, Çavuşlu, Yayla and Akarlar which are bounded Çankaya.

The facility was designed for both disinfection and vaccination purposes. The facility, which has a capacity of about 500 cattle-ranch washing and disinfection areas at one time, also has a system that allows the medicated water to be returned to the pool.The newly disinfected animals are then become suitable for vaccination in the new facility with waste reclamation pool for the medicinal water to not interfere with groundwater at the end of the process.
