Çankaya Municipality added a new one to its existing Çankaya Houses, which are considered as the People's Houses of the 21st century, while adding new ones to its investments every day.

The 100th Year Çankaya House, which allows the citizens to benefit from the municipal services after the marketplace that was renovated in the İşçi Blokları Neighbourhood and serving as a new the city square, has also opened into service.
