Mr. Anıl Sevinç was born in Ankara in 1975 who has operational and managerial experience in sectors of finance, investment and energy.

He received his bachelor’s degree from International Business Department of ACG (American College of Greece) in Athens Greece in 1997 as a scholarship student.

He successfully completed the EMBA (Master of Business Administration for Administrators) program of Bilkent University in 2014 and the expertise program of Global Competitiveness Strategies from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor Ross School of Business, in the USA.

Mr. Anıl Sevinç has started his career in 1997 within Ankara Nurol Holding by working as an "Analyst" in the finance department and continued as "Money Market Expert" in the treasury department of Nurol Investment Bank afterwards.

His transition from the financial sector to the energy sector was started as his serving as the "Business Development Manager" within the Unit International SA and he performed his duty in the Istanbul and Brussels offices of the company. He took place in Bucharest, Romania as "Country Manager" from 2005 to 2007 as being company's "Western Europe Responsible".

He became the first "General Manager" of the Project Company Diwaco, which was established in Amman, Jordan for the development, financing and construction of the Disi Water Project of Gama Energy Company (which Gama Holding - General Electric Energy Financial Services had equal shares). The company has undertaken the water infrastructure, transportation and operation works with an investment of $ 1.3 billion. Disi which was the Turkey's biggest investment project in abroad, received the Award of the Year Project in 2009.

Mr. Anıl Sevinç was carrying out the duties of "Assistant General Manager responsible for Assets" in Gama Energy Company and "General Manager of Disi Water Company" in Amman, Jordan before becoming the "Deputy Mayor of Çankaya Municipality".

He has currently undertaking the duty of "Deputy Mayor of Çankaya Municipality in charge of the Directorates of Technical Works, Cleaning Services, Veterinary Services, Municipal Police, Management, Environmental Protection and Control and Civil Defense Expertise".
